Booking Policy

Please read before booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit the deposit.
  • Hair should be clean, detangled, and blow-dried before your appointment unless a wash/blow-dry add-on was booked.
  • One guest per appointment, please. Children who are not being serviced should stay home whenever possible.
  • Extra length or hair added is not included in the base price — see the Services page for details.
